What to Bring
We’d love for you to bring a few things along for your first visit.
- Photo ID (such as a valid driver’s license)
- Insurance card (for those with dental insurance)
- Questions, concerns, and hopes for your smile
Finances
We accept a variety of PPO dental insurances and will gladly submit your claims to help you maximize your insurance. For those without dental insurance, we offer convenient payment options.
